Hi i thought creating this as a separate topic. I found from a blog that you can actually make windows 100% genuine. so how true is this? Has anyone in this forum tried it before?

or try the alternative way..

Step 1. open notepad
Start > All Programs > Accessories >Notepad
Step 2. Copy all which is written in dark orange font.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionWPAEvents]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersion]
"CurrentBuild"="1.511.1 () (Obsolete data - do not use)"

Step 3. Paste it in your notepad then rename it to whateveryouwant.reg
Step 4. Save it (dont forget to set the file type as "all files")
Step 5. Double click it, click "yes", click ok
Step 6. Validate your copy here.

All Done!

You can now Microsoft goodies like download IE 7, Windows Media 11, windows steadystate, etc..
