Lotus Notes Agent to send an e-mail every month?
« on: April 13, 2010, 03:50:08 PM »
Hi there Everyone! I am quite new Lotus Notes user. What I would like to do is the following:

I would like to set an agent which sends only one email to a recipient on the first day of every month. The agent seems to work, but my problem is that it sends the email many many many times. Probably the problem is somewhere in the "to which documents to apply" setting...but I really do not know what to set there. So please help me if you can... how should I set the 'documents to apply' in order to send the email only once!
Thank you in advance!
