Images not showing up within Lotus Notes

We have a few people within the company that when an image is sent to them, it comes up either blank or with a red x at the top left of the image.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? Is there a way to fix it? Is this just a bug?

maybe the error has something to do with hyperlinks. better check the source image file and also look for the tags. Maybe it's not properly tagged.

Better check the access. Maybe has something to do with access.
