How to create a Richtext field with in a Richtext Item

My Scenario is, i need to send a mail to the user, which should have a 2 buttons and the textarea field(i.e Rich text field).

so i\'m creating the mail document, in that i\'m setting the rtitem. now within the body of the mail , i.e(rtbody) i need to create the rich text item, to enter the comments by the user.
i\'ve tried Richtextitem - New method. but not working...

below is my code..

Dim mailDoc As NotesDocument
Dim rtBody As NotesRichTextItem
Set mailDoc = db.CreateDocument
Set rtBody = New NotesRichTextItem (mailDoc, "Body" )

or is anyway to use own class to create a field.
for buttons i\'ve used class.
but not able to do for field.

please help me....
