Have you experienced getting this error message "Document has been deleted"

This is kind of weird.  i have a dblookup formula but i keep on getting 'Document has been deleted' as value.

How do i get to solve this? Any idea?

try to rebuild your views. they might be corrupted .... also you may use compact to reindex your database

yes, this might be related to view indexing.
