Post (1): Senior / IT Analyst (Peoplesoft / SAP HR / HRMS)
Salary Range                :           $4,000 - $5,500
Job Requirements:
-           Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or IT.
-           At least 5 years of relevant work experience in enterprise application development and implementation (out of which at least 2 years in the role of project leader / project manager) for the Senior IT Analyst position.
-           Experience in PeopleSoft Student Admin modules is highly preferred.
-           Experience in SAP HR module.
-           Good knowledge of software development life cycles and structured project development methodology
-           Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
-           Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
-           Candidates without SAP HR experience but possess good working knowledge of other HRMS will also be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
-           Analyze, design, develop and maintain enterprise information systems to computerize the business processes, and help to streamline the business processes of the user departments.
-           Play a project leader role for in-house system development / maintenance / enhancements.
-           Manage small to medium-scale projects which are outsourced to vendors
-           Responsible for preparing tender specifications, evaluation and implementation of the outsourced systems.
-           Coordinate and conduct user acceptance tests and training.
-           Provide system documentation according to the Project Development Methodology.
-           Provide technical assistance and day-to-day operational support for existing systems.
-           Conduct post implementation reviews to gather user feedback and schedule for enhancements and modifications.
-           Evaluate software package / productivity tools and make recommendations to supervisor.
Post (2): IT Analyst (Cognos / Business Intelligence)
Salary Range                :           $3,000 - $4,000
Job Requirements:
-           Good Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or IT with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
-           Good communication skills and able to work independently.
-           Experience in Cognos tools such as Decisionstream, Metrics Manager, Powerplay and Reportnet, Oracle 9i/10g, SQL server 2000/2005 databases, data warehouse & ETL design.
-           Candidates without Cognos experience but possess good working knowledge of other BI tools will also be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
-           Perform design and development of manual templates, data warehouse and ETL mapping based on the user requirements, working with IT colleagues and source system owners on data structure design.
-           Manage operations of the data warehouse - ensure data integrity and proper communications about data issues.
-           Coordinate and conduct user acceptance tests and training.
