well i think hindi...

\. kc ang javascript is a client side script.. so there no way na magkaroon ng connetion ang javascript s database mo..
YES... if you use another technology which will serve as your bridge... such as xml, webservices etc...

pero as a good programming practice. you wont do it in your java script..kc nga since client side sya...nka expose sya s client.. and you dont want to expose your database information s iyong user...
so much bettter jst leave it in your code behind nalang..
