Java: Copy file/directory from FTP...

Does anyone know how to automate the process of copying a set of files/directories from an ftp site to a location on a network?

I have a small app. that is so far connecting to the server using the sun.net.ftp.FtpClient class and returning a list of all the files at a given directory.

What i want to do is cd to a specific directory and then do a directly copy of everything from there downwards to the network.

Can you use wild cards? ie. copy *.*?

Any help is appreciated :)
