Mga sir pano ba normal na computation ng salary for example kapag regular diba mayron yung with overtime at walang overtime let say na fix na ang sweldo sa 18k per month papaano mga sir ang computation para sa deduction kunwari na late paano ung deduction ng ganun? absent and half day akala ko kasi ang sweldo per hour ang basis meron pala yung fix na talaga sa isang amount. thanks

Monthly Pay X 12 months/261 = yun yung daily rate mo ngaun divide mo sa 2 yun ang halfday rate mo

btw 261 is the calendar working days

pero best thing is talk to the payroll or HR dept so you could get the computation set by your company kse it varies talaga.

depende sa company yun bro. Sa work ko by the minute ang deduction, pero sa company ng friend ko naka set sila, ganito yung pinagawa nya sa sakin for payroll a part of it (1-30) mins yan ha 50 pesos per instance tapos (31-60) 100 pesos per instance. medyo mahigpit yung friend ko kse ayaw nya malugi negosyo nya ^^

Different companies have different ways of computing or deducting salaries. Your best option is to discuss this matter with your supervisor or with your company's HR
