Error when accessing report HTMLItem layout element

May nakaexperience na ba sa inyo neto dito?

"RSV-SRV-0031 The user does not have the assigned capability to use 'HTMLItem' layout element."

am using cognos 10. By default user can run the report anonymously. so even without logging in its supposed to work. I dont know what transpired during the migration but after sometime it doesnt work anymore...

What could be the problem in this scenario? Tingin nyo?

have you tried adding Anonymous account in the privileges tab of your report properties?
