Error from park wrapper: domain.name is already configured.
« on: August 12, 2008, 04:50:26 AM »
I am setting up another domain in my hosting provider when suddenly i bumped in this error message which i got from cpanel 10. Maybe someone would be nice to help me out.
Many Thanks.

Please find my server configuration details as follows.

OS: Linux Red Hat 5
Control Panel: CPanel

He parked a domain (e.g.) domain.name but the problem is that i can\'t find that an entry for that domain. I mean its not in "Parked Domains" where i ussually find normally created domains. I have around several other *.coms already parked in my host provider but never did i encounter this error message to them.

When i attempt to recreate a parked domain, it says that

Error from park wrapper: domain.name is already configured.

And whenever i make a query
http://domain.name:2086/scripts2/unp...in=domain.name it says that

Quote
Unable to find out which user owns the parked domain domain.name.

However the domain seem to work correctly. Whenever i ping it in windows command i see that is was pinged successfully, and that the server recognizes it as the domain.

What could the problem be and how to fix it?
