Hi Guys,
I hope someone is kind enough to help me out.

I just created a new paypal account which is for my mother. Ngayon, Ginamit ko yung address nya sa US. I didnt place any credit card number or bank acct number. My purpose is to use it so i could get my earnings sa mga referrals ko. Pwede ba ito? And pwede ko ba withdraw money ko dun?

Tnx  :D

Hi h2obubbler,

I was also able to open a Paypal account using a US address. Got some funds transferred to that account from the Paypal account of my brother who is already US based. Have also attached my credit card account details for verification.

However, the problem is that I cannot withdraw anything from my Paypal account unless I have also attached a US bank account - which I do not have. So the funds there cannot be moved - meaning my account is limited to just receiving funds - not withdrawals. Anyway, if your mother has a US bank account then you can use it on Paypal. Paypal deposits 2 small amounts into the bank account and you have to type those amounts correctly in your Paypal account to lift your account\'s limited status.

I think this information can be seen in the the FAQs on Paypal Website.

I Hope this helps.
