According to Fortune Magazine, Google tops the ranks  among the best companies to work for in 2008, surpassing Microsoft, IBM, WalterMart, Goldman Sachs Group, and Chevron with a big leap.

It seems to me that people working for Google know how to balance between work, life and play. Now who doesnt want that? Equilibrium is what most people want. Aside from the top rankings on Alexa.com surveys and SEO best preference, Google is also one of the pioneers to implement energy saving for power consumption. Inspired? I guess the uniqueness and the friendly environment makes this company a worth to work for.
