In my current job, we are seriously considering to migrate to Lotus Notes. There is much savings using this tool and seems very flexible when it comes to program customization. A lot of people just sees Lotus Notes as an email platform, but actually in reality it's something more... think about a lot of collaboration and business process approval cycles happening in every industry. Definitely, a lot of features and a promising career for lotus notes developers out there. The java component makes it more powerful platform. I wonder how Lotus Notes 9.0 would be.. and looking at it. the future of collaboration seems very bright.
