The response comes a little late, but maybe other people will have the same problem: I solved it by reviewing the 3rd step:
“3. In a browser session, from the Tools menu click select Internet options. Click the Security tab, select Trusted sites and click the Sites button. In the Add this Web Site to the zone: section type http://localhost/ and click the Add button. Once again, in the Add this Web Site to the zone: section type http://%3cservername/> and click the Add button.”

I kind of missed it the first time

It says,

‘Automation server can’t create object’
Unable to display the local file system because the file lfa.dll isn’t registerd, or the security settings do not allow it.

What does it suppose to mean?
