This is a totally biased comparision with this two products, no doubt each and every product has it’s own advantages and disadvantages.

if customer wants to use only mail facility then Microsoft Exchange is best solution for it otherwise go for Lotus notes if customer wants full collobration suite but as per my knowledge mejority of customers are knows Lotus as a mail server only.

Lotus notes needs specialized programmer to develop custom application and it will land up very costly end of the day.

Microsoft business has diffrent approch for Collobrative Portal software like Sharepoint, Lync , CRM etc….
Sharepint development is very easy to manage and design application because it works on .net technlogy which normal programmer can develop application it’s own.

now it’s customers choise to invest in which product…

The easiest way is:

Click on “Hidden Items” (bottom tool bar)
Click on the Wamp icon
Click on “Apache”
Click on “Apache Modules”
Scroll down to “rewrite_module – click on it.
Job Done.

You can do the same for any services you require in future.
