It has been my routinary regimen to check my personal emails first thing in the morning before i hit the work proper at the office. But one morning, I was struck upon glancing this article featuring the youngest billionaires of 2008. And guess what, a 23-yr old CEO and Founder of social networking site Facebook was the youngest among the billionaires mentioned on Forbes WebSite.
